Larry Sauls began his successful business career in 1972. Since then he has started several businesses. Most notably was the wholesale company he founded in 1972 and sold in 1996. That business had such notable clients as Wal-Mart Stores, Inc., Sam's Clubs, Inc., JC Penny, Inc. and Target Stores, Inc. During that timeframe, his company was listed as one of the 'TOP 100 FASTEST GROWING COMPANIES IN THE SOUTHWEST'.

From 1997 until 1999, Mr. Sauls was a corporate trainer and was responsible for training hundreds of people in the art of successful sales and communications techniques. In 2001 Mr. Sauls was introduced to the Real Estate business. He saw immediately that a good marketing concept and training program along with the ability to help the average person achieve the dream of home ownership while being able to make a very comfortable living was a great way to achieve something that would be very rewarding. In 2003 Larry became a team leader and had as an average 7 to 8 NEW Realtors on his team at any one time. Larry was nominated and was a finalist to the Austin Business Journals TOP 15 TEAM VOLUME PRODUCERS FOR 2003. To attain that prestigious level of sales in just one short year and with a team where the average Realtor had less than 6 months in the business was quite a feat and very rewarding for Larry, knowing that those agents stood a very strong chance to be successfull as Realtor's. Again this goes towards Larry's philosophy of "Knowledge is Power". Larry attributes their success to his spending the time with each of those Realtors and mentoring them on how to help each and every client also gain knowledge about the home buying or selling process.In 2004 Larry took his knowledge and experience of a team leader and joined Realty World. At Realty World Larry perfected his current business model. His theme of "Turning one client at a time into a friend for life" is allowing him the opportunity to pass on his knowledge to each and every client while assisting them in attaining their own dream. While at Realty World, Larry served on the company's agent manned "Board of Directors" assisting the company in establishing company policy, procedures and taught classes to new agents. Larry served on the board from 2006 until 2008 when he decided to leave Realty World to join Texas Land & Homes, a small and up and coming brokerage firm in Leander Texas.

Larry's hobbies include gardening, golfing, swimming and most of all spending time with his granddaughters.
